CITY ASSESSORS OFFICE

LEGAL MANDATE

    The Office of the City Assessor shall take charge of the discovery, classification, appraisal, assessment and valuation of all real properties within the City of Sagay which shall be used as the basis for taxation.

    Its duties include the preparation, installation and maintenance of a system of tax mapping and records management, and the preparation of a Schedule of Fair Market Values of the different classes of real property within the City of Sagay.

        THE CITY ASSESSORS OFFICE is responsible for the appraisal and assessment of real properties within Sagay City and as such, issues Tax Declaration to Lot owners upon their request.
