THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE – Planning Section was designated as secretariat of the City Housing and Resettlement Board. Its task is to evaluate applicant qualification who wish to avail low cost lot at Sagay City Relocation Sites. The program catters for residents of Sagay City to be displaced due to government project/ejected by private land owners through court order.
REQUIREMENTS
a. Barangay Certification (certifying that the applicant is bonafide resident of the barangay, and a squatter)/displaced by government project/with court order on enjectment.
b. City Assessor’s Office Certification that applicant has no land property

How to Avail the Displaced Resident Assistance Program
a. Submit of request letter and Fill-up of City Housing and Resettlement Board Application Form
